ProWay Turf is looking for a full-time Account Manager/Spray Technician to join our team! We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug free work place. The ideal candidate MUST have experience operating ride-on spreader/sprayer machines in addition to the following requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Three years of experience in fertilization and chemical applications highly preferred
• Clean MVR / Valid GA driver's license
• Insurable
• Punctuality and dependability
• Excellent work ethic
• Desire to grow professionally
• Ability to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
• Must be able to perform moderately strenuous tasks: push, pull, and lift repeatedly 50+ lbs., kneeling, bending, twisting, walking
• Need to be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Georgia Commercial Pesticide Applicator License Cat 24

JOB DUTIES:

• Apply fertilizer, weed, insect and disease treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Evaluate lawns on each visit and diagnose any disease or other issues
• Communicate with customer on products used, best practices, and respond to any questions or concerns
• Identify and differentiate warm season grasses
• Calibrate chemical application equipment
• Read and understand product labels
• Maintain accurate records regarding applications as well as customer concerns
• Manage designated route and territory
• Operate and maintain application equipment
• Maintain company vehicle
